Darin Pastor is the chief executive officer and principal at Capstone Affluent Strategies. Before working at Capstone Affluent Strategies, Darin Pastor accumulated 25 years of experience in business and finance. He specialized in mortgage sales, insurance, and mutual funds at American Mortgage Affiliates before joining Wachovia Bank First Union as a financial advisor and eventually reaching the position of vice president. He also spent time as vice president and investment manager at JP Morgan, where he hired, trained, and supervised a team of 33 financial advisors managing a combined $2.6 billion. He achieved great success in this position, and in 2007 and 2008 was ranked the top investment manager in the country based on year-to-year sales growth.
